Competition Winner Dave Temple from North Florida Holsteins in USA was the lucky winner of the Cowslips competition for a holiday for two to Ireland. Dave and his wife spent 10 days touring Ireland and seeing how the cows live in the home of Cowslips. North Florida Holsteins is home to 6400 Holsteins on 1250 acres.
